As a member of the firm’s litigation, creditor’s rights, employment law, appellate practice and personal injury sections, Tom has represented a wide variety of clients on a range of legal matters, including litigation in state and federal courts in Ohio. Tom has successfully argued before the Ohio Supreme Court multiple times, as well as multiple appellate courts in Ohio. Tom has litigated a wide array of issues including trade secret misappropriation, trade mark infringement, employment discrimination, FMLA violations, workers compensation matters as well as general business disputes in trial and appellate courts across Ohio. Tom has also handled administrative matters before the Industrial Commission of Ohio, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
Tom lives with his wife and two kids in Boardman. He has served on the board of Youngstown Neighborhood Development since 2012 and has served as an officer for the organization including Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President.
Tom is also active in the local legal community actively participating in the Mahoning County Bar Association, including a Trustee which is a role he is currently serving, as well as the Nathaniel R. Jones Inn of Court.
